There are two well sized bedrooms, one double and one with a king-sized bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Outside there is a second side garden, with another patio and seating area. There is also a hose for cleaning walking boots as well as bikes. Plus, a shed with sun loungers and other beach equipment for you to use, you can also securely store your cycle in here. Nearby there is lots to see and do, including many beautiful bays and beaches, including Filey with over 5 miles of golden sand. There are local surf schools, where you can have lessons or hire surf and paddle boards.
