It sits within the pretty village of Hunmanby just a short drive from seaside town of Filey on the stunning Yorkshire coastline. Forget Me Not Cottage is an excellent choice for a family holiday or a romantic break away.

Step inside and this pretty cottage really does give you a hug. The living/dining room retains an open beamed ceiling and a traditional wood floor. Conveniently the house bathroom is also found on the ground floor. The kitchen is to the back of the house and is newly fitted with oodles of cupboard space and work top area it is sure to be a delight to work in. Upstairs you will find two well-appointed bedrooms; one with bunk beds which looks out over the garden and to the front of the house a double room with views out over the village.

The garden offers a patio area close to the house. As is usual with these old cottages the garden is long and narrow with a winding path that snakes its way through flower boarders, to a second seating area and then onwards again to a small games room at the very bottom.

The village of Hunmanby has plenty of facilities for you, from a choice of pubs to a selection of convenience stores; there is even a choice of takeaway’s. A short drive will bring you to the seaside town of Filey or to Hunmanby Gap where you can enjoy miles of golden sands or the delights of amusement arcades, ice cream parlours and fish and chip shops galore! A little further along the coast is the vibrant seaside town of Scarborough. Head in land and enjoy a day at either Sledmere House or Burton Agnes Hall. The Yorkshire Wolds and the North Yorkshire Moors National Park are also within travelling distance.

Forget Me Not Cottage will make the ideal location for your seaside holiday. Beach 2½ miles. Pub 352 yards and shop 528 yards.
