Be welcomed into the light and spacious open-plan living area, where you can prepare and enjoy delicious meals, and unwind upon the plush sofas, with the TV for some light entertainment. Bask in your surroundings by taking mealtimes outside, where you can also toast to your getaway as the sun sets over North Yorkshire. Catch some rest from one of three bedrooms on offer, including a double and two twins, all serviced by a sleek shower room and handy cloakroom. Once you're ready to explore beyond the park, head to the shoreline for a stroll, a refreshing dip, or the chance to enjoy a bag of fish and chips, before exploring the nearby Scarborough Fair Collection & Vintage Transport Museum, a popular attraction in the area. Continue north to discover Scarborough and its variety of attractions, where you can hike up to the remains of Scarborough Castle, stroll through the pretty grounds of the Italian Gardens, head to the oriental landscape of Peasholm Park, visit the SEA LIFE Scarborough, or burn off some energy from an elevated position at the Scarborough Sky Trail Adventure. Cayton, a small village and civil parish in North Yorkshire's Scarborough district, is a great place for a beach getaway, with a decent selection of services and attractions both inside the village and nearby. There are many undiscovered treasures in the settlement, which has historical relics from the Second World War, including pillboxes that have been eroded by the sea. The village has a nice number of pubs and stores that are ideal for a self-catered stay, but you can find a larger selection of waterfront restaurants in the neighbouring resort town of Scarborough, which is packed with activities for visitors of all ages. Enjoy a conventional day by the sea with a variety of sites to remember including amusement arcades, ice cream parlours, seafood stalls, and beach huts all scattered along the town's sandy beaches. Explore the area's rich history at Scarborough Castle and the Rotunda Museum of Geology.
