This cosy cottage is situated in a small ginnel off Sandgate, close to the old swing bridge in the heart of old Whitby. Although the cottage is in a busy and popular part of Whitby, close the door behind you and it is a quiet place to stay yet just a stone's throw from the delights of what the old town has to offer, bistros, cafes, restaurants, boutiques, the harbour and Tate Hill beach. Suitable for families or couples.
ground floor:
Entrance: Small hallway, coat hanging area.
Kitchen/Diner: Fridge with icebox, electric hob, oven, grill, microwave, washer dryer, dining table and chairs.
Bathroom: Bath, electric shower over bath, toilet and washbasin.
first floor:
Lounge: Two leather sofas and a chair, TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod docking station, electric wood burning stove.
second floor:
Bedroom 1: Full-size bunk beds, chest of drawers, TV with DVD.
Bedroom 2: Double bed and built-in wardrobes.
Cloakroom: Toilet and washbasin.
Pets: One dog welcome.
Parking: Scratch cards are provided for zoned, local on-street parking. This is on a first come first served basis.
Heating: Gas central heating.
Short breaks: Not accepted at peak times.
Notes: Travel cot available. Please bring your own towels.
