About this property

Detached four bedroom property set in peaceful rural location enjoying views of nearby woodland and loch to the south and Mormond Hill to the north with the famous White Stag in clear view. Remotely placed down a secluded farm track with no close neighbouring properties, the house is adjacent to private woodland and is visited by a variety of wildlife. Roe deer regularly come to the edge of the garden and buzzards can be seen soaring above the trees. The garden bird feeders are frequented by a wide variety of wild birds which will come to feed while you sit quietly relaxing on the decking. You will soon lose yourself in the sounds and presence of nature in this country retreat and will learn to recognise the multitude of birdsong from chattering chaffinches to the call of the cuckoos and screeching of the buzzards.

Inside, the accommodation is spacious and has large airy rooms for all to enjoy. The living room is bright and opens up into the conservatory which overlooks the garden and surrounding woodland. An open-plan kitchen and dining room has everything you need to enjoy a hearty meal around the table, or a family board game in the evening. There are two ground floor bedrooms, with the master double having an en-suite shower room, and the second bedroom having twin beds, whilst upstairs a further two kingsize rooms and family bathroom can be found. At the south facing rear of the house, outside the conservatory, a large decked area faces southwards, with an extensive enclosed lawned garden. There are two summerhouses, one at the east end and one at the west end cleverly placed to enjoy both the morning and evening sun. The West Summerhouse is set up as a games room with darts board and is ideal for evening barbecues or just sitting relaxing with a nice drink as the sun sets. To the front there is ample private parking for four cars, and borders landscaped with local stone.
