The cottage is nestled amidst the spectacular scenery of the beautiful Glen Clova valley with fabulous walks and cycle routes from the front door. There s a wealth of outdoor activities including Munro bagging, loch and river fishing for salmon and trout, and even deer stalking. Golfers will be delighted with the numerous local courses in the area including Kirriemuir, Forfar, Rosemount, Alyth, Blairgowrie and the championship course at Carnoustie, all within 30 miles. The historic town Kirriemuir (12 miles) is known as the gateway to the glens; it s a fairy tale town, the birthplace of Sir JM Barrie, creator of Peter Pan, whose childhood home has been carefully restored as a museum. Enter this stylish and spacious property into the hall, where you can hang your coats and take off your shoes. Follow the hall through to the comfortable lounge, relax on the plump sofas and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. On cooler evenings, enjoy a cosy night in front of the lovely wood burner.
