This wonderful property is located just a few miles from the pretty village of Benderloch and the long sandy beach of Tralee bay. There’s an abundance of nearby walks including Ben Lora, and many of them are suitable for cycling. Take the small passenger ferry from Port Appin over to the enchanting Isle of Lismore where there are plenty of easy walks and cycle routes to enjoy. If you fancy venturing slightly further afield, take a drive to Oban where you can take a ferry trip to the Inner Hebrides, including Kerrera, Mull, Iona, Coll and Tiree, all bursting with a wonderful habitat of wildlife. The area is famous for its magnificent seafood, with excellent restaurants in both Oban and to the north in Port Appin.

Bonawe Iron Works at Taynuilt, Cruachan Hollow Mountain, Oban Distillery, McCaig’s Tower, Dunollie Castle and Inveraray Jail make a great day out for all ages, whilst Lettershuna Riding Centre offers the chance to take a trek on quiet coastal tracks and beaches. The Seafari Adventures at Ellenbeich specialise in high adventure, thrills and close encounters with Scotland’s magnificent sealife. Glencoe and Fort William are easily accessible by car and offer popular walking, mountain biking, climbing and skiing centres. Other popular activities in the area include golf, sailing, and fishing.
