Cottage location perfect for dog walking with plenty of spectacular walks straight from the door. Equally situated well for car journeys to various places of interest. Owner, Pauline, was very helpful and provided us with plenty of information about the area and made sure we were comfortable in the cottage. A wonderful holiday, thank you.

We really appreciated the top spec kitchen and bathroom. For us the bed was a bit soft, and the sofa not very comfortable but this did not detract from our stay at all, and we loved the walks straight from the door, and the peaceful little garden. We’d definitely stay again! Thanks Pauline, a great host, with useful suggestions and excellent communication.

She was very apologetic about the garden being a wee bit over grown which was out of her control due to the bad weather for a few weeks , we we're still able to sit out and enjoy when the sun was out . The cottage was well equipped, the log burner made it very cosy on a couple of chilli evenings . The cottage is well situated for walks along the canal and surrounding area . Thank you Pauline we enjoyed our stay we will be back . Sally
