Myrtlebank Villa is a lovely Victorian property just 5 minutes’ stroll from the Holy Loch Marina in Sandbank, near Dunoon, Argyll. It makes and an ideal base from which to explore the Cowal Peninsula, the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park and beyond. Inside, this ground floor villa apartment is tastefully decorated and tailored with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxed getaway, and is perfect for families or couples. There are stunning views from the front window out over the Holy Loch, whilst The Arboretum beyond provides a spectacular and constantly changing backdrop to the view. The living area and kitchen areas are spacious and well equipped, with modern appliances and a dining table for meals, and leading from the kitchen is a utility room. The villa features two spacious bedrooms, one family double with an extra single bed, and one double bedroom, as well as a family bathroom. Outside, the shared rear garden area is peaceful and secluded and has a large unfenced pond.
Myrtlebank is a fabulous location from which to explore Benmore Botanic Gardens and Pucks Glen within Argyll Forest Park. The local pub is within walking distance, and being just minutes from Dunoon, this is an ideal base from which to explore the west coast of Scotland. Walking and fishing abounds, as well as outdoor adventure. You can also enjoy visiting the many surrounding attractions, or you may simply take time out to enjoy the ambience of this welcoming holiday home. Beach
