An ideal holiday home only a few yards from the water's edge in an elevated position in the attractive sailing village of Kippford. There are superb views (especially from the living room bay window) over the River Urr to the hills of Bengairn and Screel. It is situated on Jubilee Path which leads over National Trust for Scotland land to Rockcliffe, with its sandy beach just over one mile away. Two pubs in the village, both of which serve food are within a short walking distance while the beach at Sandyhills and forest walks are a short drive away.
