After a full day of exploration, pull up in the parking space outside and wash off your dog's muddy paws with the hose provided before crossing the threshold into your new home-from-home. Unwind on the plush sofa in front of the soothing warmth of the woodburning stove while your partner pampers you with a romantic meal prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen area. Dine together at the intimate dining table or head outside to dine alfresco with the peaks of Ben Wyvis providing a beautiful and unique backdrop; later indulge in a dip in the bubbling hot, the perfect way to end the day! When the stars fill the sky overhead, travel back inside to wash off the day in the ground-floor shower room before heading to the first floor to slope off to sleep in the king-size bedroom which also boasts a handy en-suite shower room. Venture to the nearby village of Culbokie where you can stock up on all your self-catering essentials or enjoy date night at the welcoming Culbokie Inn. Find history woven throughout the surrounding countryside; venture to Dingwall to tour the Dingwall Museum, explore the ancient Beauly Priory or head to the bustling city of Inverness to admire Inverness Cathedral or Inverness Museum and Art Gallery. Located on the northern side of the Black Isle peninsula, between the Moray and Cromarty firths, is the small village of Culbokie, which consists of a mix of nice new houses and traditional stone cottages. The Cromarty Firth can be seen in the distance from this peaceful village, which is home to a single street where you'll find a village store and an inn serving hearty pub fare. Cromarty, Rosemarkie, and Dingwall are all worth the pleasant drive for more extensive shopping and a selection of good tea shops and restaurants, just what you need after a brisk walk in the country or along the coast. There are some of the best golf courses in the world here, as well as a number of top-notch distilleries, and the surrounding landscape is perfect for outdoor recreation like hiking and biking. Glen Affric's mountain ranges, as well as the area's spectacular lochs and stunning coastline, are just a few of the nearby attractions.

    After a days biking/walking was great having the hot tub to come back to. Would suggest adding a clothes airier and having a look at downstairs shower as seemed to have slight leak, did not want to bother owners as aware was dealing with an emergency.
