In a rural setting, this is a great holiday home for guests who want to enjoy the great outdoors, with walking, skiing, climbing and mountain biking nearby.. Ground Floor:

Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and 22" Freeview TV.
Bedroom 1: With double bed and 18" Freeview TV.
Bedroom 2: With double bed.
Bedroom 3: With ¾ double bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements).
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair available on request. . Large, enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 steps and a sloping bank in the garden.. With amazing views across Loch Linnhe to Fort William and Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in Britain, this detached cottage is set in its own landscaped garden and is extremely well equipped. Nestled in a rural location yet within easy reach of Fort William, the ‘Outdoor Capital of the UK’, Ben View is ideal for those wishing to explore the west coast of Scotland. From Fort William you can catch the famous Jacobite Stream Train, as depicted in the Harry Potter film, and pass over the Glenfinnan Viaduct.
The beautiful Isle of Skye, and the smaller inner isles of Rum, Muck, Eigg and Canna, are all easily reached by short ferry crossings from nearby Mallaig. Explore the Ardnamurchan Peninsula, the most westerly point of mainland Britain, where a short ferry crossing from Lochaline will take you across to the islands of Mull, Staffa and Iona. Arisaig is home to one of the most scenic golf courses in the world, and the beautiful white sandy beaches with turquoise waters are perfect for warm sunny days.
The area has an abundance of wildlife and is steeped in history, with many ruined castles and ancient monuments to visit. Fort William and Glencoe, with their famous mountain ranges, are extremely popular with walkers, climbers and skiers, whilst the Nevis Range hosts the UCI World Mountain Bike Championships. Enjoy visits to Oban, a bustling harbour town, Loch Ness to try and spot the monster and Inverness, the Highland capital. For the less energetic, why not sit and relax on the patio with a glass of wine and watch the boats passing by. Shop 10 miles, pub and restaurant 11 miles.
