This holiday property overlooks the village of Newtonmore and is a fantastic holiday base for exploring the Caingorms National Park. . Ground Floor

Kitchen: With electric cooker with double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, freezer, dishwasher, tiled floor and patio doors leading to garden.

Utility room: With washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bathroom: With roll-top bath, shower attachment and toilet.
First Floor.
Bedroom 2: With king size bed.

Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.. Oil central heating (underfloor in kitchen and shower room), electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and logs for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair. Lawned garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and gas barbecue. Bike store. Private parking. No smoking. Please note: There are slopes in the garden.. This lovely Edwardian, detached holiday property, accessed by a narrow tarmacked lane, enjoys a peaceful elevated position overlooking the village and the Monadhliath mountain range. Newtonmore nestles within the upper reaches of the Spey Valley and Cairngorms National Park and makes the perfect base for exploring the many delights this unspoilt part of the Highlands has to offer. Mountain bike trails, horse riding, golf, climbing, hill walking, skiing and a large variety of water sports are just a few of the many activities available. Go bird watching at the rspb reserves at Insh Marshes and Loch Garten. The many visitor attractions include The Highland Folk Museum, Cairngorm Mountain Railway, Strathspey Steam Railway, Highland Wildlife Park and the Landmark Centre, which are all within easy reach. Further afield, guests can visit Inverness, the Highland capital, Loch Ness and the many beautiful west coast villages. For the less energetic, sit back, relax and watch the ever changing scenery of the beautiful area. Beach 20 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
