Enclosed garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Mary’s Cottage is a traditional style, crofter’s cottage. Built on the footprints of the original cottage, all the stone from the original house was used. Deceptively spacious and furnished with quality and style to ensure all comforts are provided for an enjoyable stay. This secluded property is an ideal place to get away from it all.

The area has so much to offer outdoor enthusiasts. The Trotternish Ridge, The Old Man of Storr and the famous Quiraing all offer excellent places for walking. Staffin Bay is only a short distance away where you can enjoy a peaceful stroll along the pristine beach, overlooking the Sound of Raasay. An abundance of wildlife can be seen in the area such as, eagles, fulmars, kestrels, otters, deer and much more. The Staffing Museum is a must as it contains excellent collections of local geological and fossil specimens. There is so much to discover throughout the island. Vist historic sites, castles, brochs, gardens, a whisky distillery, boat trips , pony trekking, kayaking, or just come and take in the the scenery and seascapes.
