Location in easy reach of Edinburgh centre by regular public buses, a short walk into historic Roslin village and to Easter Bush campus. Pentland hills easily accessible if you have your own transport. A great location with city and country equidistant. Very comfortable beds, super clean and tidy. I don't think i've ever seen a larger television! Lovely touches like freshly made bread and flowers from the garden - so lovely and kind; almost making too much effort!

We liked so many things about the hosts Dave & Irene. The warm welcome was really nice as we arrived and their friendliness as well as helpfulness. The accommodation was stunning and so homely. The attention to detail was second to none.
