Bedroom 3: With kingsize bed. .  Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.  Initial logs for wood burner included.  .  Small enclosed gravelled seating area.  On road parking.  No smoking. .  Situated in an ideal location in the heart of the conservation village of Kenmore, this end terraced cottage is within walking distance of the local hotel and pub, excellent restaurants and a deli.  Guests can enjoy riverside walks, participate in water sports, and take a boat trip on the loch in season.  Kenmore is at the head of Loch Tay and the loch beach is a great place for children to play or paddle.  The village hosts regular events, and each January there is a ceremony to mark the opening of the salmon fishing season, as the River Tay is one of the finest angling rivers, and at New Year there is a great firework display. 

Deuchars Cottage is a comfortable holiday cottage with a cosy wood burner in the living room which is ideal for relaxing in front of with a glass of wine after a day exploring the area.  On the ground floor there is also a kitchen/dining room with quality appliances, a single bedroom and a family shower room with a walk-in shower.  On the first floor there are two kingsize bedrooms with views to the loch.
