Just a short drive away the town of Jedburgh offers guests the opportunity to take a riverside walk while browsing the shops in the colourful renovated buildings in the Market Place and Canongate and visit the 16th century Ferniehirst Castle. Edinburgh is also easily accessible from local Tweedbank station with frequent services taking less than an hour to reach the city centre.
