Conveniently located, this property is ideal for a family or group of friends desiring a change from routine in a lovely seaside town. On your approach to the cottage you will be greeted by a well-maintained garden complete with charming plant pots scattered along. Spread over three floors, this property offers spacious living in luxurious rooms with modern-day fixtures and fittings. Should you wish to rest a while after a long journey arriving, you have four beautiful bedrooms to choose from on the first and second floors, one comprises an en-suite featuring a fold-out seat in the shower for those perhaps less able on their feet. The open-plan kitchen/diner is a sociable place to reside for meal times at the dining table, amble along the hallway through to the sitting room which accommodates neatly presented seating arrangements and a cosy electric fire. Relax in the beautiful conservatory where the panoramic windows create harmony between the indoor space and the garden beyond.
