Aberporth is a small village on the southern side of Cardigan Bay in Ceredigion, famous for its year-round visitor-friendly beaches. Two beaches lie between the rocky Trecregyn and Fathgarreg headlands, separated by a short rocky outcrop. At low tide, they interlink, but at high tide, they separate, creating fantastic rock pools for kids to play in and explore. The north beach is ideal for small boats, canoes, and kayaks, while the south beach is ideal for sunbathing. A welcoming bar providing good cuisine and drinks is close to the beaches.
