Windsor Place is a beautiful and stylishly presented fisherman's cottage with wonderful sea views from the top bedroom and can be found just off Gloucester Place in Mumbles.
The cottage has three spacious and comfortable bedrooms, a stunning open-plan lounge/diner, beautifully appointed kitchen, feature bathroom and a sun-drenched courtyard garden.
Within easy reach are the bars, restaurants, cafes and shops of Mumbles including the popular seafront cafe Verdi's, and the famous Joe's Ice Cream Parlour. Within walking distance are the beaches of Langland Bay and Caswell Bay, tennis courts, crazy golf and the promenade that stretches all the way from Mumbles Pier to Swansea Marina.

Ground Floor
Lounge/Diner: Open plan room with soft seating, nest of tables, TV/DVD player, woodburner, coat and shoe storage, dining table and chairs for 6 people.
Kitchen: Electric oven, induction hob, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a coffee machine. French doors lead from the kitchen into a landscaped garden.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside furniture, set of drawers, tall mirror and a hanging rail.
Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with small double below and a single bed above. Dressing table, hanging rail and drawer space.
Bathroom: Bath, double basin, shower cubicle and a WC.
Second Floor
Attic Room: Double bed, dressing table, drawer space, coffee table with soft seating and views over the village and Oystermouth Castle.
**Please Note** This room has restricted head room on the right hand side of the bed due to a sloping ceiling.
External: Split level, paved courtyard garden with garden furniture, stand for disposable bbq and some storage space within the shed.
Sleeps 6: 2 Double, 1 Bunk (3/4 double bed below and a single bed above)
