Situated in the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac this modern 4-bedroom family home directly overlooks Langland Golf Course and benefits from lovely sea views. The home is set within its' own mature and well-manicured gardens.
Langland Bay is within easy walking distance (approx. 5 minutes) making this the perfect location for a family seaside holiday.
Langland Bay has something for everyone with Langland's Brasserie serving a selection of Italian food, the Surfside cafe, a selection of water sports, tennis courts and the coastal path that stretches from Mumbles in the east, and Caswell Bay to the west.

Kitchen/Dining Area: Tiled floor and integrated appliances including: a ceramic hob with fan oven below, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. From the kitchen area there is access to a covered area (ideal for storing bikes/surfboards and wetsuits) with washing machine and tumble dryer and access to the garden. The dining area has an oak table with 6 leather chairs, access to the lounge and to the garden/patio through double sliding doors.
Reception: 2 x leather sofas, an armchair, other occasional furniture and a TV/DVD player.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, built in wardrobes and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3: 2 x single beds and large chest of drawers.
Bathroom: Fully tiled and has a 3-piece suite with shower over the bath.
First Floor
Master Bedroom: King size bed, built in wardrobes and chest of drawers with views over the golf course from one window and views over Langland Bay from the other.
Nursery: Wooden cot with changing table and built in wardrobes.

External: The garden is partly laid to lawn with borders and paved areas and is enclosed making it ideal for all the family. There is also a driveway.
