Recently and carefully converted Dairymaids Cottage is a great place to holiday amongst friends and family. There is practical underfloor heating throughout the ground floor making it ideal for children and pets alike. The sunny patio terrace is large and open, perfect for al fresco breakfasts and lazy cocktails after the day of exploring the fantastic Gower countryside, and miles and miles of soft sands.

4 Bedrooms sleeping 8. A large and spacious Double room and 1 Bunk room for 2 children, both rooms on ground floor level. On first floor, 1 Twin with En-Suite bath/shower room and 1 Double room.
Mezzanine landing this is a bright space which overlooks the sitting room it has an armchair and a toy box.
Family Bathroom on ground floor with shower over bath, washbasin, storage and toilet.
Kitchen/Diner equipped with a range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, breakfast bar and table to seat 8. The washing machine is in the adjoining porch.
Sitting room with 2 sofas, an armchair, a large log burner, TV with Sky, DVD selection and board games.
Garden large south-facing patio with table to seat 8. BBQ provided for a perfect summer's evening with the family. Behind the cottage there is a communal play-area with swings, slide and trampoline.
