Bryn Goleu is a 3 bedroom detached house with views across the Llyn Peninsula and the sea. The house has lots of character, plenty of space, a good sized enclosed garden, and accpts 2 dogs. Bryn Goleu has been awarded a 4 star quality grading by Visit Wales.

The house has communal areas on the ground floor, bedrooms and a bathroom are on the first floor. The main entrance leads into the kitchen-diner, a large space with wood beams, wooden dining table (plenty of space for 6 people) and log burning stove. The well equipped kitchen offers a hob and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, plus kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. A washing machine with tumble dryer is in the utility room which also has plenty of storage space. There are 2 living rooms: one with a sofa and 2 armchairs, open fire, flatscreen TV, and DVD player; the second has 2 sofas, TV, DVD, and french doors leading out to the garden and outdoor seating area. The room has great views of the countryside and sea through the window and patio door.

Bryn Goleu has a ground floor bathroom (bath with shower over, heated towel rail, WC and wash basin) plus a separate WC with washbasin.   The upstairs master bedroom is reached by stairs from the kitchen-diner. The bedroom has a kingsize bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and ensuite bathroom (bath with shower over, WC, and washbasin). Both the bedroom and bathroom have sloping ceilings restricting headroom in some parts of the room (see pictures for detail). The other 2 bedrooms are reached via a separate staircase in the living room, this is a ships ladder style staircase without a handrail (please see pictures for detail). The first bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, and built in wardrobe; the second bedroom has 2 single beds with wardrobe and chest of drawers. Both of these bedrooms also have sloping ceilings and restricted headroom in some areas.

Bryn Goleu has full central heating, WiFi internet connection, bed linen, towels, and parking for 2 cars. Electricity is extra by meter reading (please note that all appliances are electric including the central heating).  This is a no-smoking property.

Bryn Goleu is in the small village of Rhiw on the Llyn Peninsula with wonderful views across this whole area. The town of Aberdaron is 3 miles away and there are several large sandy beaches a short distance away including Porth Ysgo and Hell's Mouth.
