Location, location, location! Lying on water's edge of the stunning National Trust beach in Llanbedrog with the lush headland rising behind, 1 The Boathouse is all about the location. Across the sand lies the sophisticated beach bar and restaurant and a short walk up the path leads to the Plas Glyn y Weddw art gallery with cafe and events. For a more exhilarating walk, the Coastal Path behind leads up the headland to the Tin Man who watches over the picturesque bay. Close by lie the seaside village of Abersoch and the market town of Pwllheli. With a full renovation and restyle for 2019 1 The Boathouse is set to become one of the most desirable properties on the Llyn Peninsula.

Kitchen and utilities: Modern kitchen area with sleek units, integrated oven and grill, integrated hob with extractor, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and fabulous uninterrupted views.
Entertainment: Wall-mounted TV in living area and twin bedroom. Wi-Fi available.
For families: Travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
