Some if the pots were dirty and windows had dust and cobwebs around the top but everything else was perfect and we loved it.

Excellent communication with Abersoch holiday homes throughout process. Chalet Q17 was extremely clean and comfortable, a large deck for sitting outside, eating outside and playing football with 6 year olds. It would have been fabulous to have access to a parasol / Umbrella, as we ate outside frequently in the sunshine.. It had good quality equipment throughout. Main beds were extremely comfortable. Twin beds however more suited to 6 year old than 16 year old due to poor quality of mattresses. Also to note the bbq was extremely dirty on arrival (I have photographs) Another point was the arrival instructions were very difficult to follow, or shall I say the Warren lay out is extremely difficult to follow, it was 45 minutes before we found the chalet, and that was with the help of other chalet owners. We were not advised to ‘check in’ to reception, perhaps we were meant to? Anyway a map was essential with the location.

This was a high quality lodge in a good location. Good outside decking area and no more than 2 mins to the beach. The overall site has excellent facilities.
