About this property

Sitting in a wonderfully elevated position in the village of Llithfaen, Cam Cyntaf Cottage boasts gorgeous views over the coast from its location on North Wales' beautiful Llyn Peninsula. Ideal for a small family of four or a couple, this traditional Welsh cottage of stone, slate and white wash rendering, carefully renovated to retain it's original features, boasts two bedrooms and rustic features like exposed beams and inglenook fireplace with a log burner in the lounge. Following a day exploring the local area, return to the comfort of the sitting room and relax in front of the wood burning stove to watch your favourite show or DVD. Step into the well equipped kitchen with it's red floor tiles, where you will find all the appliances you need to prepare a tasty meal for all to enjoy around the wooden dining table. Completing the ground floor is the shower room, a contemporary styled room home to a walk-in shower, with the added benefit of a heated towel rail. Take the stairs to the first floor and be amazed by the stunning views from the double bedroom, with the window placed perfectly so you can open the curtains and get back under the covers while you admire the scenery on a slow, clear morning. The second bedroom is a delightful twin room fitted, also with uninterrupted views across farmland to Yr Eifl mountain range, with two single beds and ample storage space. To the front of the property is a charming garden area with a lawn and patio, complete with garden furniture for sitting out on a sunny day. The lovely village of Llithfaen is home to a local pub and shop, both just a short walk from the cottage, so you can enjoy a well-deserved evening at the pub following a long day of walking. Walkers will be delighted in having a fantastic base so close to the Yr Eifl mountain range, with plenty of walks to be had exploring the rugged summits and taking in the far-reaching views of Snowdonia and the rest of the Llyn Peninsula. Head to Nefyn to enjoy the hidden gem of Nefyn Beach, boasting clear blue waters and sandy shores, with rock pools to explore and pretty beach huts providing perfect spots for sunbathing and beach days. Nefyn Golf Club has an excellent reputation for its golf course and wonderful sea views from the green. Venture down to the town of Pwllheli, a popular sailing spot and home to an impressive marina with a 400 boat capacity, to join the crowds during a regatta. More excellent walks can be had along the coast, with cyclists sure to enjoy the quiet country roads and many more beaches and coves to discover too, including Abersoch, Aberdaron and Porth Neigwl, locally known as 'Hell's Mouth'. Enjoy a relaxing break to the Llyn Peninsula with your loved ones at Cam Cyntaf Cottage,

Llithfaen is a small village in North Wales and one of the highest villages on the Llyn Peninsula. Just a few miles from the beaches of Nefyn and the sailing capital of Pwllheli, Llithfaen is a charming, little village for a relaxing break, home to a local shop and a pub.
