A semi-detached pine lodge cottage near Swansea in the owner's grounds, a rural location 2 miles north of Neath, 4 miles M4 and 7 miles Swansea.
Mostly single storey, with two ground floor bedrooms (king-size & twin) and a single upstairs with slightly restricted headroom. This lodge cottage near Swansea has an open-plan living room with French windows to decking, fitted kitchen area includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher & washing machine. Large walk-in shower room with underfloor heating. TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, electric heating/air con.
Outside is a decked area with garden furniture. Good walking in the area, nearest beach at Aberavon (7 miles), Mumbles, Gower and Brecon Beacons National Park.
