This very comfortable stone holiday cottage on a quiet street close to the heart of Newport makes a great holiday home from home.
Newport is set at the foot of Carningli Mountain with Parrog beach and the Pembrokeshire coastal path is just a few minutes' walk.
There are lots of lovely individual shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants in Newport covering just about all tastes and purses as well as a weekly local produce street market.
There are good transport links so a car is not a necessity.
If you haven't already been to Newport you are in for a treat.
Ground Floor
Entrance is into a small hallway and through to the open plan kitchen AND dining room.
The Kitchen has a range of fitted pine units incorporating gas hob, gas oven, electric grill, extractor, 50/50 fridge/freezer and microwave oven.
The adjacent utility room with central heating boiler has space to dry walking/surfing clothes, washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The dining room has a dining table, bench seat and 4 chairs, 2 seater sofa, occasional furniture, CD player and coat stand.
The sitting room has an attractive fireplace with gas fire and is furnished with a comfy sofa, 2 armchairs, rocking chair, coffee table, bookcase with good selection of books and games, TV with freeview and DVD player.
First Floor - there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobes, bedside tables, chest of drawers, TV with DVD and Video.
bedroom 2 has twin beds and a further fold away single for occasional use, bedside tables, chest and wardrobe.
The family bathroom has a suite of bath with electric shower over, WC and hand basin.
Bedlinen is provided.
Hairdryer.
Garden and ParkingThere is a small raised lawned garden area situated behind the row of cottages and accessed via a side gate and steps a little way up the road.
There are views of the rooftops and a picnic bench has been provided for your enjoyment.
You may unload your car outside the cottage and there is a public car park (£1.50 a day April - End october) in Long Street.
Other InformationThere is full gas central heating throughout the cottage and a gas fire in the sitting room.
Gas and electricity are included from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £35 per week at all other times.
No baby equipment.
Towels available to hire at £5 per guest.
Up to 2 well behaved pets are welcome but must be kept to the ground floor only.
No smoking.
A fully refundable security deposit may apply to this property to cover potential damages.
