Situated back off the main road into Tenby, it is around 10 minutes walk to the centre of Tenby and its glorious beaches. There is a garden to the front and rear of the property. The rear garden has the sun most of the day with seating area, BBQ, and then an area with mature shrubs with a pathway winding its way through, an adventure for children!  Just down the road is a small Co-op which is well stocked. Tenby is set in the Pembrokeshire National Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty and within easy reach, you have access to stunning coastal and inland scenery. Visit the castles of Pembrokeshire, built by the Normans to keep the Welsh out of this wonderful county. Surf at Freshwater West where the next landfall is America. Let the children splash in the rock pools of Tenby's North beach. There is a wealth of activities for all the family such as Folly Farm, Heatherton, and Oakwood. Pembrokeshire is blessed in being able to offer something for everyone at any time of the year!

Front door to hallway. Lounge, Smart TV, DVD player, sound bar. Kitchen/Dining room with gas cooker, double oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Dab radio. Conservatory, off dining room overlooking rear garden with seating. Separate WC/whb. Stairs to first floor. Bathroom with bath/electric shower over, whb, WC. Bedroom 1, with 2 single beds, Smart TV, wardrobe, drawers. Bedroom 2, with bunk beds, open wardrobe. Bedroom 3, with king size bed, wardrobe, drawers, Smart T.V. Outside utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, sink. Enclosed, back garden, table and chairs, also a range of unusual mature shrubs with a pathway through for young adventurers, sun most of the day. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. Duvets, bed linen, towels are provided.  Cot and highchair provided - please bring own cot linen. Wifi.  Non Smoking. Friday changeover. 3pm takeover.
