22 Timber Hill is a detached cedarwood lodge situated on a hillside within 130 acres of private David Bellamy Environmental Gold Award winning grounds. Enjoying lovely views over the valley, in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park just 20 minutes via woodland walk (or 2 miles by road) to the large sandy beach and coastal path at Broad Haven. Haverfordwest 4.5 miles with a wide range of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs.
This single-storey timber lodge has a fitted kitchen with stable door to the balcony, and a living room with an electric coal effect stove, LCD Freeview TV, DVD player and hi-fi system. There are three small bedrooms (a double, a twin and a single), and a shower room. WiFi available at an extra charge of £5 per day or £20 for the week. Shared laundry area with coin operated washing machines and tumble dryers.
The balcony and patio area include garden furniture and a barbecue. Also use of the 130 acres with beautifully landscaped grounds, play area, stream and ponds. Parking 25 yards away with some steps. Fishing reservoir with carp and other coarse fish. This is a superb location for beautiful beaches, watersports and excellent walking. Perfect for wildlife and bird enthusiasts; nearby golf, horse riding and island boat trips. Cinemas, theatres and leisure centres in nearby Haverfordwest and Milford Haven.
