Castle, local history museum, art gallery and cafe. With distant hill views to the front, the Montgomery cottage has one bedroom with double & single beds, the other a single + pull-out single. Bath/shower room plus ground floor WC, fitted kitchen, living room with oak flooring and French window to patio. TV (basic Sky), DVD, electric storage heating, washing machine and dishwasher.
Small rear courtyard with garden furniture. Excellent local walking & cycling, golf 3 miles. Nearby places of interest include Glansevern Gardens, Andrew Logan Museum of Sculpture, Welshpool for Powis Castle, light railway, leisure centre etc.
