Ysgubor Isaf is the larger of two lovely cottages this barn conversion has brought to life. The cottage has its own parking area and is located on a working farm close to the centre of the village so in an easy walking distance of the pub and only a mile from the Conwy Water gardens with it's coarse fishing lakes, nature trail, aquatic centre and Dutch pancake house. The historic walled town of Conwy is less than five miles away as is the famous National Trust Bodnant Garden. Further inland the secrets of Snowdonia open up for you to discover whatever your interests may be you can jump off, Zip down, swim across, Surf over, climb up, paddle along or simply stroll or drive through some of the most beautiful countryside in the world.
A modern two bedroom cottage in a traditional stone farm building both bedrooms (one double and one twin) are located on the first floor along with the spacious family bathroom (bath with shower over). The ground floor consists of a solid Oak kitchen with open plan dining area and a separate lounge with a cosy log burner, comfortable seating and doors out to the fully enclosed patio and modest lawn.
Facilities include full central heating, washing machine, fridge freezer, dish washer, microwave, Smart TV with Netflix account in both the lounge and bedrooms, Wi-Fi internet access. Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in the tariff and an initial starter pack of logs is provided on arrival.
