A second luxurious wet room with shower, WC, washbasin and towel radiator which also doubles up as a cloakroom. Upstairs is an ensuite bathroom with bath, over shower, WC, washbasin, mirror and radiator. The owners are experts having owned and run a bathroom company so rest assured the house has only the finest appointed facilities and finish. All of the showers are Hansgrohe, and the heating throughout the house is eco ground source heat pump meaning it is maintained at a constant temperature.

Open plan Kitchen/dining room, brand new, luxury fitted Shaker Company kitchen, modern and sophisticated with blue units, island and stools to sit and enjoy a glass of wine whilst cooking, induction hob, single oven, integrated dishwasher, and built-in fridge freezer ( full size) and built-in microwave. Large oak table, with ample chairs and the most wonderful pendant lights, provide mood lighting to make this the very best dining area imaginable. There is a heated and secure bike store (shared with The Bothy and Farmhouse) with racking and hooks to safely store and dry your bikes, paddleboards and other outdoor equipment.
