Bryn Derwen is a detached house in the coastal village of Dwgyfylchi, a beautiful location next to the sea and the hills of Snowdonia. This popular house has 3 bedrooms on the first floor: 2 king size bedrooms (both with TVs) and a single bedroom. Please not the maximum number of people permitted to stay is 4. The family bathroom, also on the first floor, has a bath, separate shower, and WC. On the ground floor is the lounge-diner, fully equipped kitchen, utility room, breakfast room and a shower room with WC. Outside the house is an enclosed garden with sitting area, the perfect place to take in the views.
Bryn Derwen has private parking for 2 cars and bikes may be stored in the garage. The house is well placed not only for the views but also for exploring the local area. A sandy beach is a short distance away and the towns of Conway, with its ancient castle and town walls, and Llandudno can easily be reached by car. The island of Anglesey is a 20 minute drive away.
