Sunflower cottage is situated within a 5 minute walk from the popular Spa village of Trefiw with hills, forests and mountains nearby. An ideal base for walking, mountain biking and exploring the coast, Conwy Valley and Snowdonia National Park.
Location: Situated in the popular and attractive Spa Village of Trefriw, nestling in the heavily wooded eastern edge of Snowdonia and the heart of the Conwy Valley, yet within 5 minutes walk of the village centre. There are excellent restaurants nearby offering a wide selection from bar meals to haute cuisine. The hills, forests and mountains above the village provide an abundance of walking and mountain biking and the opportunity to explore and observe the wildlife. Just a short drive to the coast at Llandudno.
Accommodation: Sunflower Cottage is a self contained wing of The Old Rectory, and has has two bedrooms (both bedrooms can be configured as superkings or twins), ground floor family bathroom (bath with shower over), separate cloakroom with WC, dining room with patio doors opening to a private courtyard, and a large open plan kitchen-lounge.
Facilities include full central heating, dishwasher, microwave, DVD and garden furniture.There is a shared laundry room on site. There is a £30 seasonal fuel supplement payable.This property has a Friday changeover. Bed linen and towels provided.
A £100 Damage Bond is required for all bookings payable at time of balance.
This property can be combined with The Old Rectory to provide accommodation for up to 13 people.
