The location, up a short but steep path, & backing onto the cliff-face, meant yous could see the whole of Abermaw bay from Fairbourne & Arthog across to the headland across the ocean. The decor was modern; two chairs were provided for the bay window area; a full dining table & bench seats were also there. All the equipment worked; all necessary cooking equipment; utensils, cutlery & dishes etc; were also provided. The bed was already made up with fresh bedding & a warm quilt. There were also wool blankets on the backs of the chairs for the later evening of needed. The central heating, on a timer, came on at just the right time both morning & evening - making everywhere toasty warm just when needed. A lovely & totally unexpected gift of bottled water, milk, orange juice, bread, eggs, sweets & biscuits was provided - alongside the usual tea & coffee sachets. So very kind of Tara. Our stay in Seaview was perfect!

Access up a very steep hill but worth it for the view. Milk tea, coffee etc was provided and much appreciated. The owner was very helpful when contacted with queries and the car park permit was great, giving parking in Barmouth and many other towns. Overall we had an enjoyable, quiet and relaxing break.
