Similarly located to H464 on the owner's hill farm, with excellent walking from the door and fishing on the river Wnion.
The ground floor of this Dolgellau cottage is suitable for less able visitors and comprises a double bedroom with ensuite wet room and French window to the patio; fitted kitchen with slate floor, open-plan to a large living room with oak floor, a woodburner (logs supplied) & French windows to the patio. Washing machine, slim dishwasher, fridge/freezer, TV (Sky), DVD, Wi-Fi, oil central heating. Double and twin bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, with beamed sloping ceilings.
