This self catering holiday cottage is a dream property for anyone looking to get away and unwind in the countryside.

Beds: 1 king, 1 super-king (that can be arranged as twin on request) and 2 single bedrooms.

Kitchen & utilities: Fully equipped including fridge-freezer, hob, microwave and washer/dryer.

Entertainment: 32” TV with family satellite package, DVD player

For families: High chair, cot.

Outside: Private and enclosed decked area that over looks the river, with table and chairs, hot tub and charcoal barbecue. Separate, enclosed play area with swings and a slide. Beautiful riverside area with flower beds - please note that this area is not enclosed.

Parking: Plenty of parking space for 3 cars.

General: Wifi, bed linen and towels included. First basket of logs provided, then £5 per bag there after.

Pets: no pets.

Accessibility: Ystabl y Berwyn is mostly one level, with some steps leading down to the bedroom areas. There are also doors leading on to outside patios from all bedrooms.
