Kings Manor Farm offers four self-catering holiday houses in beautiful countryside 5 minutes away from Yarmouth. All four houses have access to the tennis court and and stabling can be arranged for horses if required. In addition there is access straight onto the estuary for small boats.

KINGS LODGE is a comfortable old stone Farmhouse on the Kings Manor Farm Estate. With views over the Yar Estuary and direct access to an outdoor heated pool in summer, cosy open fire in winter, it comfortably sleeps 10 in four bedrooms. It is a perfect spot for families with children with its own private enclosed courtyard and access to the orchard and to the Estuary itself where small craft can be brought to a small jetty at high tide.The house itself has a large stone flagged kitchen/living room, a seperate sitting room and four bedrooms, two en-suite and a large family bathroom. One en-suite room is downstairs and suitable for people with restricted mobility. It has a well equipped kitchen and all rooms are spacious so ten people will never feel crowded.

KINGS ORCHARD is situated 300 yards down the farm drive, set on its own amongst fields. It has a large enclosed garden leading down to an area of woodland. It is a spacious family house with views across fields to the Estuary. The house sleeps 10+ in five bedrooms. There is a large master-bedroom with en-suite bath and shower and three twin bedrooms sharing a Family bathroom. Downstairs there is a further children/family 'dormitory ' sleeping up to 4, downstairs cloakroom and additional shower/wet room suitable for disabled visitors. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large family dining area looking out over the garden. In addition there is a sitting room and separate playroom. The sitting room has a cosy log fire for winter days and logs are provided.

ESTUARY COTTAGE is a newly renovated cottage that sleeps 4 in 2 en-suite bedrooms that can be twin or double as required. With a central living room with a log burning stove and a small well-equipped kitchen this cottage is a joy in both summer and winter. Each room has doors opening out onto a patio area for breakfasting/relaxing/dining in the summer sunshine with woody views to the Estuary.

THE OLD FARM SHOP is a converted one storey farm building, originally a dairy and then a farm shop. It has been converted to spacious accommodation for 4 people and is wheelchair/disabled friendly. It has a large King Size bedroom with well-appointed en-suite shower room and a small double with en-suite bath/shower room. There is large open plan sitting room/kitchen and an enclosed garden comprising a large patio, lawn area and parking for two cars. It looks out over fields towards Freshwater Church and is 5 minutesí walk along a footpath to the Red Lion Pub.

Kings Manor Farm is a perfect location for walking or birdwatching being well away from public access on an organic working farm and sited within the AONB.

Price information

Prices range from £350 to £2550 per week.
In low season flexible short breaks can be booked and changeover day can frequently be adjusted to suit.
