The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner/conservatory provides to you with very open spacious accommodation, topped off with beautiful views and a cosy woodburner. The enclosed patio garden to the rear provides the perfect space to relax at the end of the day with some fun outdoor games include table tennis and swing ball to burn off any additional energy. Mawgan Porth beach is just a short walk down the road making this property the perfect destination for a seaside holiday.

Our stay at Pen Y Mor did not disappoint. The location is fabulous - Mawgan Porth beach is about a 5-10 min walk away and is very dog friendly. Local walks along the South West Coastal path are thoroughly recommended and Newquay and Padstow are both a short drive away. The property itself is very comfortable - plenty of space both to sit outside in the sun, or feel snug in the rain. The kitchen is well equipped and the welcome pack meant we were able to have tea & coffee while waiting for our grocery delivery.
