This spacious and attractively presented second floor apartment offers wonderful views over Wildersmouth Beach, Capstone Hill, the harbour and out towards the sea. Cove View itself is close to the centre of Ilfracombe, the Landmark Theatre and Tunnels Beaches. A vibrant coastal resort, Ilfracombe has great amenities including picturesque harbour, a wonderful selection of restaurants, bars, cinema, shops and galleries all of which are within a short walk. The spectacular coastline close by offers great scenic walks along the coastal path, pretty coves and daily boat trips for fishing or sightseeing.
A communal entrance hall leads up two flights of stairs to the second floor to the apartment and into a split level private hall with all rooms leading off this. A very spacious, comfortable and contemporary open plan living area with relaxation in mind is at the heart of the apartment and offers two French doors with semi-circular balconies overlooking Wildersmouth Beach plus another French door with balcony from which to enjoy views towards the heritage harbour. What better way to end the day than sitting on the balcony with a cool glass of wine watching the sunset! A large and well equipped high quality kitchen area has a breakfast bar and conveniently placed six seat dining table.
