Tea, coffee and milk were available which was very much appreciated after a long day driving in the rain. The cottage is well equipped and maintained. It is well presented with a high standard of cleanliness. We had everything we needed for our stay. However there are 2 things which for us were negatives about this property. The wifi connection is very poor. We let Nikki know about this so it may improve in the future. I guess it's part of being in a rural location. The other negative was the very rough and bumpy track down to the property. Otherwise a comfortable cottage to stay in. We can recommend the food at the George and Dragon.

The only two things I would comment on regarding potential improvements are: a) Better WiFi connection. The instructions in place did not work on most occasions so we had to wait until we were out and about to make contact with anyone. b) More details about facilities in the region. I was unfortunate enough to have to go to hospital and there didn't appear to be any information about what I should do. However, I would like to reiterate how impressed we were with the cleanliness and the comfort of Stable End Cottage.

My expectations were exceeded, the accommodation was superb. The quality of the bathroom, bedroom and bedding was above the standard I'd expect in quite a fancy hotel. The rooms, especially the bathroom, were larger than I expected. The sofa and TV area was excellent. The cottage was very well equipped with even a freezer and heated towel rail and there were plenty of cups, plates etc. in the kitchen. The owners were welcoming, everything about the cottage had been well thought through.
