Nearby the villages of Tealby, described as a most charming village, has the Kings Head pub, the oldest thatched pub in Lincolnshire; and Walesby, home of All Saints 'Ramblers' Church. For walkers in the party you can join the long distance Viking Way trail at any point in nearby Tealby, Walesby or Ludford.
