The stunning nature reserve of Rutland Water is within easy reach, home to a range of activities, from walking around the water, birdwatching at the reserve's centre, to engaging in watersports at Aqua Park. Oakham can be found adjacent to the reserve, another lovely town hosting a range of attractions, such as Oakham Castle, Rutland Farm Park and Rutland County Museum.
