There's a super king bedroom and a second twin bedroom that can conveniently be converted into a second super king-size bed. Perfect for holidaying couples! Please advise if you would like the beds set up as a twin or a super king upon booking.

Great place, great setting and a great location! We have just spent a fabulous week at Nicholson Cottage, in total comfort, with everything we needed and more. The property and surroundings are all very dog friendly. We enjoyed the short walk to Happisburgh beach along the coastal path (often via the pub, The Hill House Inn). Although we enjoyed trips out, we were always pleased to get back to Happisburgh, it really is a lovely location. We will be back!

Nicholson cottage is a real gem, mixing beautiful original features with stylish decor. Super clean through out with all new appliances and lovely big beds. The garden is a delightful space for breakfast or sundowners. The village has a good pub with a fine choice of beers and the local beach is sandy and stretches for miles. It’s also a great base for exploring everything the North Norfolk coast has to offer.
