Once dinner is ready, you can serve it at the dining table which can seat up to four guests, perfect if you have friends over for dinner. The lounge area is perfect to relax and unwind in after a busy day out; here you have a large comfortable L-shaped sofa and a Smart TV and DVD player to watch a movie or catch up on your favourite show. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with a chest of drawers and there is a dressed day bed in the bedroom which is ideal if you have a small child with you. At the start of the day when it’s time to revitalise your senses, there is a shower room with WC located just off the kitchen area.

There is no outside space except a very small patio area with steps leading up to the front door of the annexe. There is private off-road parking for one car in front of the property. This property has air source heating and is powered by solar panels, ensuring the property is almost totally carbon neutral.
