To the west, you can experience Norfolk’s spectacular sunsets along the coastline, with the lively seaside town of Hunstanton just 9 miles away, as well as the quieter beaches at Heacham and Snettisham. The area is also home to some of Norfolk’s most-loved attractions, including the Royal Sandringham Estate, Norfolk Lavender and Holkham Hall, all within 10 miles. Wildlife lovers will be spoilt for choice, with the renowned nature reserves at Titchwell Marsh (6 miles) and Snettisham (7 miles) nearby, while a boat trip from Blakeney Point (17 miles) offers the chance to spot the area's famous grey seals.

This fabulous, wood-panelled lodge, set within the grounds of the owners' home, has been thoughtfully designed in an eclectic style with an array of quirky finishing touches. Step inside the studio-style layout, where the lounge, dining area, kitchenette and bedroom combine to create a welcoming, open-plan space. The kitchenette is equipped for light meal preparation, perfect for rustling up tasty breakfasts and hearty packed lunches before a day of exploring. The comfortable sofa sits opposite a wall-mounted Smart TV, creating a cosy spot to relax after mealtimes. Beside it, a king-size bed is neatly tucked against the wall, offering a peaceful place to unwind after a fun-filled day. The centrally positioned shower room is compact yet cleverly designed, complete with hooks for bathrobes and a heated towel rail.

At the front of the property, a pretty lawn invites you to step outside and make the most of sunny days, with outdoor seating, a fire pit and charcoal BBQ ready for relaxed afternoons and memorable evenings. Private parking is also available for one car.
