About this property
Superbly located former fisherman's cottage just a minutes' walk from the popular quay with award winning beaches close by.
If relaxing at a traditional seaside town is on the cards then this may well be the property for you! Set in a central location within walking distance of the town centre and the picturesque quay, Tern Cottage is a lovely modernised three storey cottage offering a great base for exploring this stunning area. Take a walk along the promenade out to 'Abrahams Bosom' where you can walk through pine trees and access the vast sandy beach, or continue along the signed footpath into Holkham which is home to Holkham Hall and Farm. During busier months a light railway runs return journeys from the town to the beach. Travel from Wells north to Hunstanton or South in Cromer direction, each coast offers pretty seaside villages such as Brancaster or Thornham, Cley and Salthouse, and marsh/wetlands being home to an array of bird and wildlife, and popular cafes, pubs and restaurants which provide a pitstop for a refreshing drink or two. Shop: Within walking distance.
