There is secure bike storage for those more active and, with prior arrangement with the owner, on-site boat storage can also be arranged.
Only a few minutes walk from the colourful Quay and all of the local amenities of this bustling seaside town with its many independent shops, pubs and great eateries, you can leave your car safely at home. Or, if you’re interested in venturing out further, this is a perfect base from which to explore Norfolk's stunning beaches, coastal walks, stately homes and exceptional wildlife.

We had a lovely holiday. Great location in the centre of Wells-next-the-Sea but very quiet at night. Great parking and spotlessly clean. Will hopefully return as it is truly an amazing part of the country with lots still to explore.

Clean and tidy lovely and warm to come back to on a cold day, everything we needed and our own parking, which is always a bonus in Wells.
