Good location within easy drive to many beautiful locations. Driveway narrow but manageable. Clean cottage. Furnishings beautiful. Washing machine is actually a washer dryer. Cooker modern. Large fridge freezer. Nice welcome pack - Tea,Coffee, Biscuits and Wine. Thoughtful things left in house like washing up liquid, toilet rolls and hand soap for example. Spacious garden and garden furniture plus washing line. Nice area for walking dogs behind the paddock with sea views. Owner’s good communication and seem nice. Cons: Window in living room was faulty and wouldn’t open in hot weather. No fan. Chandelier that my fellas kept walking into which was funny but painful no doubt for them. Conservatory acting like greenhouse on opening windows lots of flies - which were annoying. Steep stairs, lucky we could manage them - just. Was asked to turn immersion on which we did - wasn’t sure whether we should turn it on and off - wasn’t specified. Silly dog rules - expect dogs to remain downstairs at night!! No milk in welcome pack - so why leave tea and coffee - uht would have been fine. Need more cupboard space for food maybe instead of redundant spice rack which is pretty but could be shelves for commodities.
